Player of the Year is from league champion Le Jardin Academy and Coach of the Year is from Mid-Pacific. While Iolani, KS-Kapalama, Le Jardin Academy, Mid-Pacific and Punahou round out the 2023-24 ILH Girls Division 1-AA Waterpolo All-Star Team.
