Player of the Year and Coach of the Year is from Island Pacific Academy. While Assets, Hawaiian Mission Academy and Island Pacific Academy round out the 2023-24 ILH Boys Division 3 Volleyball All-Star Team.

Player of the Year and Coach of the Year is from league and state champion University Laboratory School. While Damien, Hanalani, Le Jardin Academy, Maryknoll and University Laboratory School round out the 2023-24 ILH Boys Division 2 Volleyball All-Star Team.

Player of the Year is from Punahou and Coach of the Year is from KS-Kapalama. While Hawaii Baptist Academy, KS-Kapalama, and Punahou round out the 2023-24 ILH Boys Division AA Volleyball All-Star Team.

Player of the Year is from league champion Punahou and Coach of the Year is from Saint Louis. While Hawaii Baptist Academy, Iolani, KS-Kapalama, Mid-Pacific, Punahou and Saint Louis round out the 2023-24 ILH Boys Division 1 Volleyball All-Star Team.
